A cominciare dalle citazioni di apertura, in cui le parole dei nostri governanti sono la testimonianza più amara della deriva della nostra classe dirigente, arrogante e competente solo a fare il proprio spesso illecito interesse. Un presidente del consiglio che invita a tralasciare il merito e a inseguire il clientelismo e l’illegalità, per non parlare di un assenteista come il ministro della pubblica amministrazione capace di accusare e offendere chi lavora davvero. Il libro “Lavoro rubato” vuole essere uno spaccato delle ingiustizie e meschinità del mondo del lavoro, nella parte iniziale viene sottolineato il gap esistente tra il mondo della scuola e quello delle aziende, la disillusione di non poter svolgere il lavoro per cui si è inutilmente studiato. L’autore descrive le sue esperienze e permette al lettore una sana riflessione sulle problematiche del mondo del lavoro, realtà in cui le persone sono spesso illuse e guidate, dalle stesse istituzioni che dovrebbero garantire collaborazione e tutela, in un mondo di false aspettative. Un omaggio ai ragazzi della Tyssenkrupp. Troppo presto dimenticati da un governo che ha scritto le pagine più tristi e violente della storia della Repubblica. Morti per salvare i loro colleghi di inferno. L’autobiografia rispecchia la condizione di molti. Da una parte la Casta, con la sua spocchiosa impunità, i suoi privilegi, la sua parassitaria e onnivora presenza, dall’altra solo la dignità di un lavoro vero e la consapevolezza amara della propria inadeguatezza in un sistema che premia raccomandati e “ruffiani”. Il testo fotografa la realtà dell’Italia di oggi, il cui il crimine più odioso è il tentativo continuo, con falsi sotterfugi, di rubare ai giovani non solo l’attesa di un lavoro, ma anche qualsiasi barlume di speranza. La legge Biagi, i colloqui di lavoro, l’inutilità delle agenzie interinali, la fuga all’estero delle “materie grigie”, sono analizzati dall’interno da un lavoratore. Un paese tristemente unito da Nord a Sud grazie al Precariato e alla Disoccupazione. Unità celebrata nel 150′ anniversario della sua fondazione.
